Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Emart Media and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in our websites, branding, software, source code, content, systems, and related materials. Client-specific deliverables may be governed by separate agreements, proposals, or scope documents.

6. Third-Party Services

Some services may integrate with or depend on third-party platforms, APIs, payment processors, or cloud providers. We are not responsible for the availability, terms, or performance of third-party services.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific business outcomes, or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emart Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the services.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services if we reasonably believe a user has violated these terms, caused operational or security risk, failed to pay amounts due, or otherwise misused the services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
