The Agreement includes 2 hours of maintenance per month at a rate of $125 per hour, totaling $250 per month. These maintenance hours can be utilized for any of the agreed-upon services mentioned above.
Additional Services
Any additional services requested by the Client beyond the allocated 2 hours of maintenance per month will be billed at the rate of $125 per work hour. The Provider will inform the Client in advance about the estimated time required for the additional services and seek approval before proceeding.
Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay the Provider $250 per month for the maintenance services specified
above. Payment will be due on a monthly basis, starting from the Effective Date of this Agreement.
